- Strip-out of existing joinery and finishes
- Complete MEP upgrade including AC and plumbing
- Bespoke kitchen and bathroom joinery
- New stone and timber floor finishes
- Feature staircase re-clad and lighting redesign
Challenges
- Existing waterproofing under bathrooms was failing and undocumented.
- Client remained in the region and required weekly reporting with photographs.
- Long-lead procurement for imported stone and joinery hardware.

- Independent waterproofing survey and full re-tanking of every wet area.
- Weekly written progress report with programme, spend and photo log.
- Front-loaded procurement schedule locked at contract signing.
